This has now become a staple in my arsenal due to it's ability to somehow jack me up a little bit before a woout, yet help put me to sleep at night. I too have experienced weird vivid dreams on this. After some research it seems the odd dreams people experience on z-force are due to the mucuma pruriens. Look it up for yourself. Anyways, my favorite ZMA......5 stars.
