I should've written this a long time ago as I've been using this product consistently for months with great results. I've found the capsules to work a bit better for me than the tablets. I've always been an extreme hardgainer forced to eat massive amounts of calories to make gains and have always had major digestion issues because of it. This product immediately completely solved those problems.
