I am taking this with a number of other supplements but all i know is that i have never felt the pumps and strength i do since i used this stuff. Might i remind you though my diet is excellent and i get plenty of sleep so unless you do these it doesn't matter what you are taking. The one downfall to the product is the taste. it is unbelievably horrible.
