Gold standard protein is as good as it gets as far as taste, protein grams per scoop, and blending with stacks. Ive gone through 4 of the 5lb (used to be 6lb) tubs since I started heavy lifting last summer, and I dont think I could use another kind of protein, though I will try ON's Nitro Core once Im finished with this tub. Try this is you want real recovery from a workout: 2 scoops protein, 12oz milk, crushed ice, banana and some kind of creatine in the blender. Thats how its done. Rocky road tastes great, and "delicious strawberry" when they made it, was really good too. |
