This 5-HTP works and is as good as any at the store that costs more. I take it on occasion on an empty stomach and with B6. You will need to take B6 with it because unlike other brands, this does not include it. It's worth the money to buy the B6 separately. The 100mg caps are nice and not as common as 50.
