The ribose seems like a waste of money for me. It helped some with energy in the gym but surprisingly little for cycling. I also tried using it post workout after cycling with little good. I think it may have helped with 400m runs. The citrulline malate is good stuff. It helped some in the gym, and I did notice a little bit of a pump. It certainly helped with 400m runs and cycling even without the ribose, so it is a good choice for endurance athletes or for cardio. Maybe for some people the ribose will do more, but I recommend just getting the citrulline malate. I went back and ordered the half kilo of it, and it will pay for itself pretty quickly because I get to work about an hour more a week from the time it saves me cycling. |
