I have been taking this once per day at the recomended dose (1/4 tsp), in conjunction with Fish Oil and CLA because I'm trying to lean up for the summer. It's been a week and I have seen some deeper cuts and am starting to lose body fat that is really hard for me to lose. The taste isn't aweful, but it's so slimey and is not really pleasant to take. I recomend chasing or mixing it with just a little bit of juice to mask the consicency. I also noted that my appitite has gone down pretty significantly, which I guess can be a good thing for some people. But I have to kind of force myself to eat more. I'll report more in another wek or two. |
