I bought the fruit punch, which is not great by itself, but I don't take it that way.
I run 1 scoop ice, 1 scoop Swole, 1 scoop Nectar, 1/4 scoop dextrose, 1/4 scoop fructose as a Before workout shake and the same mixture, except all dextrose, as an after workout mix.
I workout at 5am and it makes an "easy to keep down" mix at that hour and has definitely helped the workouts
I definitely think it's worth a try, especially now that you can get the little ones. |
