I agree with what everyone else has said about dosing this... don't try to cap it just put a 1/4 tsp scoop in your mouth and wash it down with any type of liquid, it might take a few sigs to get it all washed down.

Smell isn't the greatest but the taste is bearable.

$10 for a couple months worth is a great deal, alot better than trying to buy that precapped stuff with the confusing dosage amounts printed on the labels.
