first off i want to say how amazingly great this stuff works and how well they all taste. ive tried lemon, grape and watermelon with watermelon being the best. about to try the orange or green apple. this stuff will give you more energy during working out and strength but the soreness you get from an intense workout in the following days will go away so fast. i mix in four scoops with 32 ounces of water during and later on in the day i may take anywhere from 2-4 more scoops. great stuff and get it while its still cheap |
