only took it twice so far, but I was very surprised because at 500mg, I got immediate effects. When I say immediate, I swear it was like 5 minutes. It gave me that slightly buzzed feeling, but I'm not sure if that's the feeling I want...so I have to test out the dosing a bit more and will report back.
