The first day I only had 2500g, and I didn't really feel anything. But then I read about doing attack doses for the first couple days. So, for the next 2 days I did 8g and I definitely felt a difference.
I didn't feel happier or anything, I generally feel happy most of the time anyway. It didn't relax me. But what was really good was it made my brain work faster, in a good way. Usually when I'm talking to people, I'm like "Uhhhh....ummmm" a lot because I forget what I was about to say. But on this, I remember everything I was going to say very quickly. I take it with Alpha GPC (1/12 tsp)
But at this high dose, it really disrupted my sleep and I felt extremely dehydrated. You know that feeling when you're so thirsty, that you can't even drink water...and your hands, mouth, throat are all dry. Also at the high dose, it was good for some activities, like studying...but it was too much for others, such as if you want to just do nothing and relax. That's one of the ways it disrupted my sleeping, because I was up all night making myself this financial budget thing, then when I was done with that, I studied the entire textbook for this one class, and then I made this detailed plan for the next year of my life. It was like I needed mental stimulation.
So I figured, that must be good for the attack dose. So I reduced to 720mg(1/4 tsp), but I felt I needed a bit more. So now I feel perfect at 1440mg(1/2 tsp). And I'm 105 pounds. Speaking of weight, I really lost my appetite when I was taking the attack doses. |
