I have to be honest, I was expecting way more out of this than what I've gotten. I'm currently taking two pills early morning and two more mid-day and weight wise, I'm not going anywhere. I am on a fairly rigid diet with weight training and HIIT. Maybe its because I just finished a bottle of Venom. I stopped taking it for a week before starting this, but I can't really give you a plus or minus to it. I should have gone with a cutting stack with sesamin/ALA instead. |
