this was my first prohormone cycle. i did a pretty mild pulse for 5 weeks, EOD dose 3x/week topping out at 30mg per dose. I did not use this to gain weight, only to recomp and it definitely gave me the results i wanted. I lost a good 10 lbs of fat and gained at least 8 lbs of muscle. Keep in mind this was not a bulking diet... Otherwise I would've gained more. This did everything my research came up with. I had nolva on hand just in case but did not need it. Best of all, I only used half the bottle for these results.... took 2 months off and in a few weeks I will do all over again. Can't wait... No real side effects except I did notice a lower sex drive after coming off and a bit of achey joints toward the end of the cycle. My pct and supports were good... cissus, lean xtreme, nat booster, cycle support, etc. I did not use an AI after as I have heard mixed reviews...
Just a word to the wise, too many inexperienced people use prohormones without a clue about proper diet and solid training foundation. Doing so is stupid and puts your body at risk. RESEARCH heavily prior to doing something like this... because it CAN fuck you up if you don't know what you are doing. Epi is very mild as far as this type of supp so it is a good first real cycle.
