This stuff works. I haven't used it pre-work out yet, but I did use it post workout and my pumps were sustained much longer than without the product. Got a bit hypoglycemic (just a bit shakey and lethargic) from it, but it went away in about 10 minutes. Over all the prodcut pretty much does what it says from the way I felt and the sustained pump. Its definitley worth the money. Amazingly fast shipping too.
