This stuff is great. I have only taken it for 2 days, 2 caps when I got up and 2 more 6 hours later. It really increases your brain activity so that you can focus. Its effects are so pronounced that you can end up with a kind of brain-body energy discrepancy later on in the day, where you feel totally awake because your brain is sped up, but you can't move because your body is so tired.
It stacks GREAT with caffeine. I popped a Labrada Nitric Oxide SuperCharge packet that I got from a rep. 300 mg of caffeine in the packet on top of the 50 mg of this stuff and I felt wide awake in the gym even though I had stayed up way late the night before. Not only that, but it smooths out the caffeine so you don't feel jittery.
In fact, it kind of makes everything cool. Stuff doesn't bother me as much when I've taken it. Raises your heart rate so you burn fat faster, too.
I am taking today off, and I would recommend taking a day off every 2-3 days to preserve the noticability of the effects. |
