I used to take animal pak, but due to its high price i switched over to this.
i am very pleased with this multi, and i believe it keeps me alert and in a good mood for school/lifting.
When i forget to take it i feel groggy, tired, and unable to concentrate. placebo? maybe.. but i dont want to chance it.

Its worth trying!
