I have been taking Pro Complex APS for years now, I switch to others, but they do not compare. I do not understand why this is not a more popular protein sold. The new formula has 60g of protein in 2 scoops, 14g of BCAAs, 10g of Glutamine & Precursors, along with 15 vitamins and mineral. You get 2-3 times the amount of Aminos compared to other protein shakes. I have noticed more solid muscles and definition when I take this, when I try other brands I notice I get smaller.
I can emphasize enough about how good this protein is!
The taste is the best, I have tried them all! Banana is the best.
It contains Lactase to help break lactose down for easy digest. |
