This stuff is awesome. 2nd time I've used this and the pumps are great. I notice my reps going up on everything, and the energy throughout the workouts is there every time. Good for vascularity. The grape taste great. When I finish this round gonna cycle off for 2 months. Have noticed better muscle tone while using this. Truly a product for me.
