I would like to give this product 3.5 stars, because 3 is not really fair and 4 is too much. Once I started taking it I noticed results, I gained some size, but not the size that it claims. I think if you are at that point to where you cannot get anymore size (naturally), this product might be worth a shot. I am now done with the first 30 days and unfortunately some of the size I gained went away, not sure if it is because of the product or just my lack of missing some workouts (not many though). You do get a small boost of energy from it since you take it right before workout, I was taking it with AMP and got great workouts. |
