Lean up was very strange. The first week on this was great. I dropped about 7 lbs. This made me want to do more cardio to maxamize the wieght loss. I started doing 30 mins a day for the next 5 days stright. After to weeks I weighted in back up the 7 lbs I lost. I was on a good diet, increased cardio, and cut out drinking and went up in weight. I think this product just made me loose water weight and then after I got use to it I gained it back. another disappointing fatloss supplement. |
