In terms of taste, it's not as good at UMP or Muscle Provider. Another thing that I didn't like was the size of the scooper: it's huge! Hard to get the powder into a bottle without a large opening. Mixability was also kind of rough, and it requires about 20 seconds more of stirring to get a good consistency.
HOWEVER, from a quality and results standpoint I really enjoyed it. The best way to use this stuff is actually to pix it with a small amount of milk (gradually) and make it into a pudding. It doesn't mix well with large amount of water at once. |
