If I'm using an amino product I'll use BCAAs in mega doses. If I want slow digesting protein I'll get a powder or use ultra 40's. These contain about a gram of protein per tablet and are supposed to digest well. That's great but whole food digests pretty well and if you need help they make digestive enzymes which are useful with or without these. I'm not saying they don't have a use. Personally tablets like this don't "fill" me so I can add a lot of protein this way where I'd have more trouble with other products, but the price is a bit too high and the benefits are rather marginal. |
