I read an article by Polique where he recommended using this and glutamine pwo instead of carbs. 60 grams of glut and 20 grams of this. I have never had a problem with huge doses of glut, but this flat out killed me. Made me sick and I wasn't able to make it more than a few days. Of the EAA I don't see too much use for it. Perhaps adding it to your diet if you're lacking it or add it to your pwo drink in small amounts might work. That said mine is just sitting around somewhere going unused. |
