It took a few weeks of playing around with dose rates, but I ended up with 100mg/kg (or in my case about 2.3gm x 3day) along with 1 gm Choline Bitartrate and 30gm Lecithin (much less Choline and I start to get headaches after a couple of days). After about two weeks at this dose, no doubt, clarity of thought has improved noticeably, and far less writers block, but it does only seem to have an effect when the brain is having to work hard, and I cannot say my bad short-term memory is any better. Tiredness is an issue some days.
The taste is a shock, however, after a couple of weeks the taste is no longer an issue – I just mix it with half a glass of water.
Now if I could only find something for procrastination!
