i have used one bottle of this, and i havent seen any noticeable results. i am not bashing it, but i guess it didnt work for my body type (mesomorph). however, i did notice some acne on my back, and i also got more angry at crappy drivers. but as far as musculature, i did not notice any change. recommended stack: Universal Natural Sterol, nanox9, oils, and gnc wheybolic extreme 60.
