Works fantastic for energy. Took 1 in the morning before I worked out, tons of energy, no jitters, no nausea, nothing but energy and virtually no appetite. I could go all day without eating, but we all know thats retarded. Next best thing about this product was increase in focus...I have back to back classes from noon to 8 pm and I could concentrate on what my professors actually had to say all day long instead of dosing off in the middle of class. As far as fat loss I have noticed my arms and chest becoming a lot more trimmed, abs...not so much; only half way through my bottle and just started 2 pills a day.
