Hello Folks-

I started 6'3", 175 lbs wet, and am a hard gainer (29 years old). I have taken a cycle of var before in the past and gotten some moderate gains.

Week 1-5 one pill in the AM one in the PM before bed. Ate like a maniac every three hours and made sure I downed 3 protein shakes in between meals and one slow digesting one before bed. Pretty much eated what i wanted to, but was smart to stay away from the bad things, didnt beat myself up if i had a burger here and there. Lots of good carbs as well. Along with liver pro, (three pills in the afternoon).
Training was intense at once a day 5 days a week for 90 minutes.

Week 1-3 serious size gains and no acne, no lower back pain and slightly diminished libido in week 3. I took 1 week off after 2 weeks on (no anything including working out for the whole time. A close friend passed... need i say more) Week 4 stated up and it seemed to be better then ever. End of week 4, here comes the lower back pain... holy crap look out. mine was pretty bad, boosted up my liver po and started some cranberry extract.

Week 5 looks like i have peaked for this cycle and started my pct with dermacrine sustain today. Going to take a few weeks off then cycle some epistane, should be more like the var.

So lets get down to the brass tacks:

(numbers are week 1 then week 5)

175lbs 193lbs
chest 42" 43"
forearm 11 12.5
bicept 14 15
quad 22 23.5
calf 14 15.5

i can still see my six pack and have stayed lean throughout my cycle. Definition will be even more noticable when my diet changes this week. I am hoping to stay around 185 after pct therapy and maintain till the next cycle.

M-Drol worked very well for me and i would cycle again in a few months.
