Taste and capping abilities are some of the reasons for the reviews of powders, smart ass. A rating of 5 out of 5 and saying it "works" is not a review I even bother reading. I look at reviews by people that look a little more in-depth then just, "it works"; whatever "it works" actually means.
Anyway, the reason I even came back to the reviews of this product was to give another suggestion for taking it. I now make a mix of 1 1/2 tablespoons l-leucine, 1 1/2 tablespoons BCAAs, 1 tablespoon creapure creatine, 4 cups water, and a bit of crystal light. Put all that in a blender, and it mixes almost completely and doesn't taste bad at all. In other words, no more leucine floating at the top!!! If you are in a bulking cycle, don't be afraid to mix with Gatorade powder. And yes, you can get it down rather comfortably.
This stuff DOES mix when using a BLENDER. However, it could take hours to get it to blend using a shaker bottle. So, mix it in the blender using Gatorade or crystal light powder. I take it before all cardio and lifting sessions. I get incredible pumps when I make this mix, but I'm trying it out as a anti-catabolic during a diet cycle, hence the crystal light. Whether it helps or not with muscle gains, I haven't been using it long enough consistently to come to a conclusion.
