Started 7 days ago. First 5 days took 6 caps/day just to get a feel for whether this product was going to work. Let me tell you, this stuff is legit. After one week, I am much more shapely with delts arcing outward and tucking nicely with the origin of my triceps which also flare out. This stuff makes you hard, solid and quite vascular. I have size so quality is what I am after and this product is really helping add fullness to my muscle bellies while retaining a hard, dry look. I'm up 2 lbs but look leaner and my belt has moved up a notch. Strengthwise I can't tell because I do high reps. I do get very intense, almost painful pumps. This is one of many products I have used but this is my first review. This product is fantastic and no sides as of yet--slight increase in libido. A+++ |
