Have never taken another 4-chloro PH before this but I can definitely feel the difference. Right now I'm 12 days into a 30 day cycle of 50mg a day. I'm adjusting my workout schedule so that I don't give any one body part too much rest time and I never give any body part too little. I'm trying to optimize this particular 4 weeks at the disadvantage of the ease of a strict 4 to 5 day a week routine but at this point, 12 days in, I'm 11 pounds more than when I started which is clearly not all muscle (high cals, lots of fats, lots of carbs, shitload of protein), strength is up more than I would have expected, my temper is up a bit but strangely my mood is alot better at this time (has been since about day 2 or 3). My shoulders and traps look fuller but this could be partially do to fat. Unlike others I actually will post a followup review at the end of the cycle and possibly my blood test results in a couple of months if I remember to do so. |
