OK so I got the pina colada flavor and it tsates pretty good, but it's starting to taste worse and worse for me, I don't reccomend that flavor. I only drink it at night before bed with skim milk because I take gold standard whey in the morning and after workout. I have lost weight after a week of taking this by 1.5 pounds. Not sure why, I thought I was suposed to gain weight?
I eat about 1.5g of protein per pound per day and I workout very hard.
When I wake up the morning after taking this, I feel energetic and awake, so I guess it's working through the night, but I am still kinda hungry in the morning now, unlike the first morning after I took it.
Should I take this more than once a day or something? Can someone help me out, i don't notice much from taking it so far.

I read all the great reviews and expected a lot more, I know it's not a magic bullet, but I don't see the big deal so far, any help someone could provide, I would greatly appreciate thanks! |
