Just got done with a bottle, i give it a 2 at most, Did somewhat something with fat loss, i noticed a little bit. Did not appettie suppersion what so ever, and when i did eat, i wanted to eat 7 meals, got no energy post at all either - If your gonna buy something like this buy amp, i have use amp 3 different occasions and wanted to try something else when i went to a fat loss again, amp works way better, you notice it in a day or 2 and i could have lived on protein shakes for 4-5 days with no food if i wanted to it kills all appettite, u also get a get boost in the morning or at the gym after a long hard day of work, amp is a 5, read my review there. |
