I love these big tubs of BCAA's. I hate those big ass horse pills, not to mention popping 6 per dose. I cant believe all you girly men, "it doesnt mix", or my favorite " it tastes bad". I dont know about most of you,but id drink goat piss if it put some lean muscle on me and increased my strength, and this isnt goat piss and it increases strength and helps build lean muscle. Anyways, I take a tablespoon BCAA and a protein shake and roman noodles pre, another protein shake and a tablespoon BCAAs during, and a tablespoon mixed in Real Gains and 12oz of milk post, and its working great.
