These tablets made me lean out really fast, improving definition and muscle hardness etc when stacked with ultra 40, weight didn't really fluctuate more like a body composition change. I don't know how they work on their own as iv only taken them with the Dessicated beef liver tabs but this stack really came through. Bev products aren't sexy, but they're based on concrete science and they work! 5 stars
