Very solid supplement...Gave me the best chest pump ever!!! I know this sounds weird, but on arm day and leg and shoulder day, the pump was only average...Chest day, however, was awesome!!! Took one and half scoops on work out day only..the energy was average, not near as intense as energized expand...the taste isn't that bad, but the foam you have to choke down, is damn near enough not to buy this again...I mixed it with gatoraid and it wasn't nearly as terrible..again, very solid, bad taste, great price.... |
