I have been on this for a few weeks now. My 225lb max went from 17 reps to 24 reps. I am able to do 115lb dumbells on the incline press for 8 reps. I feel much stronger in the gym and get amazing pumps. I am stacking this with creatine ethyl ester and arginine. This is the best combo i've taken for strength that I actually see results. My diet has stayed the same, but my weight has gone up from 175lb to 182lb. Great product so far. |
