imgonna keep this stashed away and use it after i loose afew pounds, this is no clen or ephedra, but i think it would work well with it! anticatabolic, dont buy this unless you r already lean or u already have good products, this would make a good +/boost to whatever ur taking but i woulnd expect great results using it alone!!
