i don't take many creatine products...but this is one of the best ones i have taken. load about 20mg for about 4-5 days and then do a maintanence phase of 5 to 10mg per day, after your workouts. i got stronger!!!! liftin the big ole 130lb dumbells for chest and i weight 190lbs. all under control and definately feelin the muscle work! great product! |
