Since the winter is closing in, sun exposure will be reduced so I was looking for something to help keep my hormones elevated. Been taking this for a couple weeks. Within three days I had my worst acne breakout that I've had in months. Whether or not this was due to the ZMA is inconclusive though it is consistent with an elevation in hormone levels and many people report the same thing so I'll take that as an indicator that it is doing something. The dreams are crazy at best and sometimes a little frightening at worst, but the sleep is good. Price is definately right. Acne is starting to subside and hopefully will not flare up again but if it continues I might have to stop this stuff. |
