I'm happy with this product for what it is, a good mutli vitamin that should be your base for hardcore working out. It is worth mentioning that the pak contains 10 pills so don't plan on just popping and going it does take a bit of effort to get them down however over all as I said I am satisfied with the product and feel its doing all its advertised to do.
