it works very well
however like everyone else said...it does have a nasty taste....however nothing you cant handle. jsut dont put anymore than 3 or so scoops in one serving....ughh bad news if you do taht.
it mixes very easily i found, i mix it with either gatorade or apple juice and after a minute or so of mixing on and off, you cnat even tell its there.
noticed a good increase in strength and recovery. good creatine. |
