Apparently the other 2 reviewers weren't aware that this is the ephedra FREE version (written on the front of the bottle) of ripped fuel. No wonder they didn't get the results they expected. I have to say that I miss REAL ephedra (thanks a lot FDA) and regular ripped fuel. When used properly the ephedra/caffeine stack is undoubtedly the best fatloss agent out there (was out there). But as far as ephedra alternatives goes this product isn't bad. It's main ingredients (synephrine,caffeine,green tea extract) have a fairly solid scientific background. My only gripe is that it doesn't list a specific dosage for the green tea. The synephrine and caffeine have effective dosages, but the green tea, who knows? Which is why I'll only give it 4 stars instead of five. I suppose you could buy those 3 ingredients separately and make your own fatburner combo. You'd just have to do some searching to find the cheapest prices on all of them, so you could save money in the long run. But if you're lazy like I am Twinlab does that work for you, and the 200 ct. will last a long time at a good price. Again, this product won't work miracles like the way ephedra practically did. But when used with a good cardio program and reduced carb/fat intake it will definitely help. |
