I figured I should add a little more detail:
My knee has had problems for a number of years (chondromalacia), and a 20 day cycle of alflutop last year REALLY helped it out, as well as healing a partially torn ac joint in my shoulder, and elbow tendonitis. A year later, my shoulder and elbows are still doing well, but the knee pain came back a couple of months ago.
I am about a week into a round of cissus, at 2.5 grams a day. I am also doing rehab (stretching, specific strength exercises, etc). The pain has gone down TREMENDOUSLY, and flexibility and function of the joint has gone up.
I plan on using it for 40 days, then going to a 20 day cycle of alflutop to finish it off.
Anabolic wise, I couldn't tell you, but I doubt it has any. I don't feel that 'pump' either. I'm pretty sure the mega-dosing hype by USP is to sell you more cissus to fatten their wallets, but joint wise, this stuff is great. |
