This is a good tasting,inexpensive energizer,I like the BCAA that´s in it,and the delivery system,that´s similar to a bike drinking bottle.
I can´t say anything bad about the expresso-it´s the best energy-gel I´ve ever tried-I didn´t like the vanilla at all.
