ZMA Review by disrupt0r

I usually do not sleep well but definitely get a better and more restful sleep with this ZMA. My dreams are more vivid or weird once a while. No nightmares though. I tried also the 1Fast400 ZMA but the PrimaForce works much better for me. I stack it with 3 mg of Melatonin and sometimes with phenibut. Will buy again.
