Wow, I cannot even understand the last review.
DUDE, THIS IS A MULTI-VITAMIN PACK!
Not some steroid or pro-hormone product.
"No strength increases", it never claimed to do that.

Do people not read the directions?

That said, it is definitely one of the better training packs to replace the stuff you go through when lifting hard.

One of my top choices when choosing a "pack" of vitamins.
