I decided to try this product after reading some good reviews. I say that this product did for me as intended. I got skin stretching pumps mainly in my forearms and biceps. I had a little feeling in my triceps. The pump lasted for about 45 minutes after leaving the gym. I will say that I just got back into working out after a two year break. I am 20. I have tried NO2 before this and didnt notice much on that. However, I did feel this. My arms and chest grew a fair amount. Was it from this product alone? probably not. With this I was taking protein, BCAA, and a multi. Did I feel that this product did as claimed, sure do. |
