Saturated fat is more anabolic than protein. It converts to cholesterol within the body, which is the basic building block for all steroid hormones.
The more saturated fat in your diet, the more testosterone in your body. Period. It's not open to debate. It's been shown time and again.
Only idiots still buy into the medical dogma surrounding healthy, saturated, animal fats.
If anything, it's the carbs in this that you should be worried about. SUGAR is what ends up getting stored as adipose tissue. Your body does not use SUGAR to repair itself and to build hormones, as it does with fats and proteins.
The minimum dietary requirement for carbohydrates is ZERO.
