Good product. The ratio is off (2:1:1 instead of 3:1:1 leucine to isoleucine and valine) but still works. 3g of leucine is considered an optimal amount of leucine per serving so just double the dosage. Only complaint is that it is only EAAs and not BCAAs like it says. EAAs are great but still need the support of the other BCAAs to work optimally; but it is a decent price for how much EAAs you get so I'd recommend it.
